Automatic Control of Flexible Rotor over Critical Speed for Subway Traction Motor Bearings
When the motor operates at high speed,it is affected by the deflection and static creep per-formance of the subway track traction motor rotor,which can exceed the critical speed,exacerbate rotor vi-bration or produce resonance phenomenon,leading to an increase in vibration amplitude.In this case,the calculation difficulty of instantaneous rotor speed is high,making it difficult to accurately determine wheth-er the rotor has reached or approached the critical speed,and unable to achieve active control of rotor vibra-tion.To this end,a method for automatic control of the over critical speed of the flexible rotor of the sub-way traction motor bearing is proposed.By using the measured instantaneous speed of the rotor,the stabili-ty status of the flexible rotor is judged,and the over critical speed is automatically suppressed.The critical speeds of each order of the flexible rotor is calculated using the transfer matrix method;the magneto elec-tric speed sensor is placed on the flexible rotor system,the single periodic pulse square wave output by the sensor is collected through A/D sampling method,and the instantaneous speed of the flexible rotor is ob-tained;when the instantaneous speed reaches the critical speed,a linear self disturbance rejection controller is used to calculate its control law and achieve speed control of the flexible rotor.The experimental results show that the method has high precision of speed measurement,good performance of rotor vibration con-trol and strong anti-disturbance ability.
