The effect of low-dose esketamine combined with cyclophosphamide in elderly patients undergoing short-term hystero-scopic surgery
Objective To compare the effects of intravenous general anesthesia with esketamine combined with cyclophenol and sufentanil combined with cyclophenol in elderly patients undergoing short-term hysteroscopic surgery. Methods Eighty elder-ly patients scheduled for hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:Group EC(n=40)and group SC(n=40).The patients in EC group were injected intravenously with esketamine(0.125 mg/kg),cyclophenol(0.4 mg/kg)and tromethamine ketorolac(30 mg),patients in SC group were given sufentanil(0.15 μg/kg),cyclophosphamide(0.4 mg/kg)and Ketorolac tromethamine(30 mg).Map,HR,SpO2,operation time and recovery time were recorded before and after induction of general anesthesia. The adverse reactions before leaving the operating room were recorded. Results Compared with group SC,patients in group EC had more stable hemodynamics and less perioperative adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sufentanil combined with cyclophenol,low-dose esketamine combined with cyclophenol for short-term hysteroscopic surgery in the elderly has a more stable hemodynamics and less perioperative-related adverse effects.
