Study on the clinical effect of microecologics on patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis
Objective To observe the clinical effect of microecologics in the adjuvant treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepati-tis(NASH).Methods 102 patients diagnosed with NASH in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All patients underwent lifestyle changes through a structured regimen that combined diet therapy with exercise therapy.Patients in the treatment group also took oral microecological preparation(Bacillus subtilis enterococcus capsules),and the levels of body mass index, waist circumference, fatty liver, liver enzymes, fasting blood glucose(FPG),lipid indexes, tumor necrosis faction-α(TNF-α)and endotoxin(LPS)before and after treatment were com-pared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the body mass index and waist circumference of the two groups were sig-nificantly reduced, and the degree of fatty liver was also significantly improved, but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. The levels of fasting blood glucose, serum liver enzyme,lipid,TNF-α and LPS were lower than before treatment, and there were significant differences between treatment group and control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The microecological preparation of Enterococcus subtilis combined with viable bacteria capsule can sig-nificantly improve the degree of fatty liver, liver function, lipid indexes and reduce endotoxin and inflammatory factors in the treat-ment of NASH,which is worthy of clinical application.
