Study on extraction of gentiopicroside from Gentianae Radix with ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent
Objective To study the extraction effect of gentiopicroside from Gentianae Radix with ultrasonic-assisted deep eu-tectic solvent.Methods Different types of deep eutectic solvent were synthesized with choline chloride as hydrogen bond donor and ethylene glycol and glycerol as hydrogen bond acceptors.With the extraction ratio of gentiopicroside as the evaluation objec-tive,suitable low eutectic solvents were screened,and the main factors affecting the extraction efficiency of gentiopicroside were systematically investigated to obtain the best extraction parameters of gentiopicroside.The effect of extracting gentiopicroside with traditional solvent was compared.Results With choline chloride and lactic acid as raw materials,the extraction yield of gentiopi-croside is(5.75±0.12)%,and the extraction effect has greater advantages than the traditional solvent.Conclusion Deep eutectic solvent can selectively and efficiently extract medicinal substances from Chinese medicinal materials,which has great application potential.
