Objective To observe the efficacy of ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with timolol maleate eye drops in the treat-ment of infants and young children's surface hemangioma.Methods From July 2020 to February 2022,a total of 90 children with body surface hemangiomas were admitted to the Department of Aesthetic Medicine of Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,30 cases in the joint group received ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with timolol,30 cases in the laser group re-ceived ultra-pulsed CO2 laser treatment,and 30 cases in the drug group received external treatment with timolol maleate eye drops;Clinical efficacy was compared between the three groups.Results Six months after treatment,the cure rate of the combined group was higher than that of the laser group and the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The treatment course in the combined group was shortened compared with the laser group and the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Children with surface hemangioma receiving ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with timolol can improve efficacy and shorten the course of treatment.
