Effect of high concentration and isovolumic local anesthetics in multiparturient women
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of high concentration and isovolume local anesthetics combined with PCEA+PIEB during spontaneous labor in multiparous women,so as to provide a choice for fine management of labor analgesia in clinical practice. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into three groups:high concentration group(H Group),medium con-centration group(M group)and low concentration group(L Group).40 cases in each group. The drug prescription group H was 1%sufentanil+0.12%ropivacaine,group M was 1%sufentanil+0.1%ropivacaine and group L was 1%sufentanil+0.08%ropiva-caine.L2-3 was selected as the puncture point of epidural block. After successful operation,PCEA+PIEB was used for labor analgesia. If the parturient complained of sudden pain during labor and the anesthesiologist needed to intervene again, the patient was given 1.5%lidocaine 5ml by epidural catheter as a remedial analgesia measure. Results The scores of Wong-baker facial ex-pression scale(FPRS)in Group H and group M were lower than those in group L,(P<0.05).The frequency of PCEA and effective pressing in Group H and group L were significantly lower than that in Group L,The number of effective compressions in Group H was less than that in group L,(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the reasonable concentration of local anesthetics, the effect of high concentration of isovolumic local anesthetics combined with PCEA+PIEB on labor analgesia is definite,it can improve the satis-faction degree of labor analgesia of multiparous women, and has no increase in the incidence of adverse reactions.
