A study on biocompatibility of Trichoderma spp.with various fungicides
[Objective]This study was conducted to determine the biocompatibility of Trichoderma harziensis(Tcomp,TH1 and TH3)and Trichoderma viridis(TV1)strains with different active ingredient fungicides for control of seed spread and leaf diseases in vitro,so as to reduce the use of chemical pesticides in plant protection and respond to the plant protection policy of integrated control.[Method]The effects of 7 different pesticides on 4 Trichoderma strains were evaluated by the mycelium growth, conidial production and conidial germination rate.[Result]The results showed that from the perspective of mycelial growth, the compatibility of four Trichoderma strains with thiram was the worst,0 at medium and high concentrations, and that with fenhexamid was the best,100%after 14 days.In terms of spore yield and germination, the compatibility of four Trichoderma strains with fenhexamid was the best, the lowest compatibility having reached 22.5%at the highest concentration;which with pyrimethanil was the worst, under various concentrations being less than 20%and the lowest being 0.[Conclusion]The compatibility of 4 Trichoderma strains with fenhexamid was the best, followed by that with mepanipyrim. The compatibility of that with chlorothalonil, pyraclostrobin + boscalid, cyprodinil + fludioxonil was moderate and high, while, that with thiram and pryimethanil was the worst.
