淀粉包封生防菌缓解植物病害研究进展

生物防治菌是一种环境友好型的化学农药替代品,但是其活性易受环境影响,导致稳定性和效率较低,而使用包封技术可以提高生防菌的生物活性,降低使用剂量。利用淀粉包封技术覆盖生防菌是一种新型的生防菌保护方法,可以提高病害防控的效果。淀粉基材料在生防菌包封中有诸多应用,尤其对伯克氏菌和绿僵菌等的包封以提高其生防性能,其制备技术包括乳化、挤压、流态化喷雾、可溶性的物理过程和聚集、超临界流体过程、溶剂挥发的化学过程,尽管机械能较差但淀粉基材料存在便宜易得、经济有效。通过对淀粉作为包封基质进行生防菌保护的全方位概述,以期开发更加安全、环保、高效的农业生产技术,为农业绿色发展提供支撑。
Research progress of starch as a biopolymer encapsulating biocontrol agent to alleviate plant diseases
Biological control bacteria are a kind of safe alternative to chemical pesticides,but their stability and efficiency are low in free form formulations.However,the use of encapsulation technology can control the release of bioactive substances and reduce the dosage of use.Starch is an easily available,economically effective,edible,colorless and tasteless biopolymer,and can be used to make capsules.Although starch has poor mechanical properties,it can be mixed with other edible biopolymers to improve its performance.Meanwhile,the use of multiple antibacterial materials can produce synergistic effects.In this study,a new method of protecting agricultural products is introduced,which uses starch capsules to cover active compounds as encapsulation technology against plant pathogens to achieve the goal of protecting living things to control bacteria.
