一种复配型生物种衣剂防治黄瓜苗期病害的研究

[目的]用多粘类芽胞杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)P6 与哌珀霉素(Peptaibols)复配制成一种生物种衣剂,防治黄瓜种子萌发及苗期猝倒病、根腐病和立枯病。[方法](1)通过离体拮抗测试,筛选出对引起黄瓜猝倒病、根腐病和立枯病的病原菌(瓜果腐霉:Pythium aphanidermatum,茄腐镰刀菌:Fusarium solani,立枯丝核菌:Rhizoctonia solani)有较好拮抗活性的生防菌株和Peptaibols的使用浓度;(2)通过相容性测试,进一步筛选出能与生防菌株相容的哌珀霉素使用浓度;(3)通过生测试验,测定复配种衣剂对黄瓜种子萌发的影响,以及对猝倒病、根腐病和立枯病的防治效果。[结果]对瓜果腐霉,茄腐镰刀菌和立枯丝核菌的抑制率随哌珀霉素含量的增加而提高,当哌珀霉素的使用浓度在 50 mg/L和 200 mg/L时,对瓜果腐霉和茄腐镰刀菌的抑菌率分别达到 100%;在 200 mg/L时,对立枯丝核菌的抑菌率为 69。00%;相容性测试结果显示,当哌珀霉素使用浓度为 32。5 mg/L时,与多粘类芽胞杆菌的相容性好,且复配制成生物种衣剂,对瓜果腐霉,茄腐镰刀菌和立枯丝核菌的抑制率分别为 90。8%,59。7%和 90。6%,显著优于单独使用哌珀霉素或多粘类芽胞杆菌。生测试验结果显示,用含菌量为 106 cfu/g的多粘类芽胞杆菌与浓度为 32。5 mg/L的哌珀霉素复配裹种,防治黄瓜猝倒病、根腐病和立枯病,优于单独使用多粘类芽胞杆菌或哌珀霉素,防治效果分别为 38。67%,57。00%,72。23%。[结论]P6 具有广谱抑菌活性,与哌珀霉素复配有较好的生物相容性和稳定性,能较好地防治黄瓜苗期病害。
A study on control of cucumber seedling diseases with a compound biological seed coating agent
[Objective]A compound biological seed coating agent was prepared with Paenibacillus polymyxa P6 and Peptaibols to control the diseases of damping-off,root rotandrhizoctonia stem rot during cucumber seed germination and seedling stages.[Method](1)An in vitro test was conducted to screen the biocontrol strains and the concentration of Peptaibols with effective antagonistic activities against the pathogens of Pythiumap aphanidermatum,Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani causing the diseases.(2)A further screening test was carried out to check if the biocontrol strains were compatible with Peptaibols used in certain concentrations;(3)A bioassay was conducted to test the effectiveness of the compound seed coating agent on seed germination of cucumber and control of the diseases.[Result]The inhibition rates to P.ahanidermatum,F.solani and R.solani were raised with the increase of Peptaibols concentration,and the inhibition rates to both P.ahanidermatum and F.solani reached 100%when the applied concentrations were at 50 mg/L and 200 mg/L,respectively,and that to R.solani reached 69.00%when the applied concentration was at 200 mg/L.The results of compatibility test showed that P6 could be compatible well with Peptaibols when the applied concentration was at 32.5 mg/L,and combining P6 and Peptaibols to form a compound seed coating agent,the inhibition rates of it to the pathogens of P.ahanidermatum,F.solani and R.solani were 90.8%,59.7%and 90.6%,respectively,which were significantly better than that of Peptaibols or P6 used alone.The results of the bioassay showed that the treatment with the compound seed coating agent containing 106 cfu/g of P6 and 32.5 mg/L of Peptaibols were superior to that of P6 or Peptaibols used alone for controlling the three seedling diseases,and the control effective rates were 38.67%,57.00%and 72.23%,respectively.[Conclusion]P6 has a broad spectrum antagonistic activity.It can be compatible well with Peptaibols to form a stable compound seed coating agent,which can effectively control the seedling diseases of cucumber.
