江西九连山森林水果和野生蔬菜初探

[目的]森林水果和野生蔬菜是森林大食物观中粮食的重要组成部分,为了调查统计江西九连山分布的森林水果和野生蔬菜资源组成和种数。[方法]采用路线调查法对公路两侧、常绿阔叶林和针叶林等各种林分中的森林水果和野生蔬菜进行摄影、采集标本,记录其地理位置、种群数量和生境信息。[结果]建立了九连山森林水果和野生蔬菜名录;分析了江西九连山森林水果和野生蔬菜的科属结构、地理区系、生活型、营养和药用价值,并统计了九连山地区森林水果的果期,同时提出了九连山森林水果和野生蔬菜的开发建议。[结论]江西九连山森林水果资源和野生蔬菜资源丰富,营养药用价值高,开发潜力大,可为保障粮食安全提供数据支撑和实践指导。
A preliminary study on forest fruits and wild vegetables in Jiulianshan Mountain,Jiangxi Province
[Objective]Forest fruits and wild vegetables are important components of grain in the forest food concept.In order to investigate the composition and number of species of forest fruits and wild vegetable resources in Jiulian Mountain,Jiangxi Province.[Method]The route survey method was used to photograph and was collected specimens of forest fruits and wild vegetables in various forest stands such as evergreen broad-leaved forests and coniferous forests on both sides of the road,and to record their geographical location,population size,and habitat information.[Result]A list of forest fruits and wild vegetables in Jiulian Mountain was established;an analysis was conducted on the family structure,geographical flora,lifestyle,nutritional and medicinal value of forest fruits and wild vegetables in Jiulianshan,Jiangxi.The fruiting period of forest fruits in the Jiulianshan area was also calculated,and suggestions for the development of forest fruits and wild vegetables in Jiulianshan were proposed.[Conclusion]The forest fruit and wild vegetable resources in Jiulian Mountain,Jiangxi Province are abundant,with high nutritional and medicinal value and great development potential.This article can provide data support and practical guidance for ensuring food security.
