Control effects of eight fungicides and their compound combinations against clubroot disease
[Objective]This study aims to screen the effective fungicides and fungicide compound combinations for the prevention and control of clubroot disease, thereby reducing pesticide application and achieving scientific and rational disease management.[Method]The study used the rapeseed variety Fengyou 737 as the test material.Based on the indoor pot test,8 kinds of fungicides and some of their compound combinations were applied to chemical seed dressing. When the rapeseed seedlings grew to 5-6 true leaves,a suspension of resting spores of Plasmodiophora brassicae at a concentration of 1×107 per milliliter was poured to the roots by root irrigation. Then field tests were carried out by selecting the combination of agents with better control effect.[Result]8 kinds of fungicides did not affect the normal growth of rapeseed, among which 500 g/L fluridine SC had the best control effect, with disease index and control effect of 26.67 and 67.56%,respectively.The control effect of other agents from high to low was 10%cyanofrostazole SC,25 g/L roxonil FS,500 g/L thiophanate-methyl SC,500 g/L carbendazol SC,and 440 g/L bispyribacil-chlorothalonil SC,30%oxadiazine AS,and 30%tbispyribac zinc SC.4 fungicides with high control effects were selected for binary combination seed dressing, and 500 g/L fluridine SC+10%cyanofrostazole SC(1﹕1)at 100 mL/kg seed dressing was the best. The disease index of indoor pot test and field test were 17.78 and 8.89,respectively,which were significantly lower than that of the control treatment. The control effects were 79.49%and 77.78%,respectively.[Conclusion]The use of 500 g/L fluridine SC and 500 g/L fluridine SC+10%cyanoformazole SC(1﹕1)100 mL/kg seed dressing can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of clubroot disease.
