红菇属2个中国新纪录种

[目的]对采自江西官山国家级自然保护区的2份红菇属标本进行鉴定。[方法]在经典形态分类鉴定的基础上,采用分子生物学方法扩增ITS、LSU和RPB2基因片段,利用最大似然法和贝叶斯法构建系统发育树,通过多相分类鉴定标本。[结果]2 份红菇标本分别为措卡红菇 Russula tsokae和偏心红菇 R。eccentrica,对两个新纪录种的宏观和显微特征进行详细地描述,并提供其野外生态信息。[结论]参考中国已报道的红菇属物种,确定措卡红菇和偏心红菇为中国新纪录种,研究结果对江西省大型真菌名录是较好的补充。
Two new record species of Russula in China
[Objective]Two specimens of the genus Russula collected from Guanshan National Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province were identified.[Method]Based on classical morphological classification,the ITS,LSU and RPB2 gene fragments were amplified,and a phylogenetic tree was constructed by using both maximum likelihood and Bayesian methods.Subsequently,the two specimens were identified through a polyphasic approach.[Result]Two specimens were identified as R.tsokae and R.eccentrica,for which detailed macroscopic descriptions,microscopic characterizations,and field ecological information were provided in this study.[Conclusion]Upon reviewing previously reported Russula species,it was confirmed that the two species were reported for the first time in China,thus providing a valuable addition to the list of macrofungi in Jiangxi Province.
