Field efficacy evaluation of five fungicides against cucumber downy mildew
[Objective]Downy mildew is one of the important diseases of cucumber,which affects its yield seriously.Through the experiment,the control effect of fungicides such as Oxypyridin and cyazofamid on cucumber downy mildew was compared.[Method]The control effects of five fungicides on cucumber downy mildew were tested by the spray method.[Result]The disease control efficacy of five tested formulations in descending order was 10%picarbutrazox SC,100 g/L cyazofamid SC,31%famoxadone·oxathiapiprolin SC,687.5 g/L fluopicolide·propamocab hydrochloride SC,and 30%flumorph SC.[Conclusion]10%tpicarbutrazox SC has a significant preventive and control effect on cucumber downy mildew,with an average efficacy of 95.01%7 days after the third application and an average efficacy of 88.64%after 10 days.It is safe and harmless to cucumber and can be used as the first choice to control cucumber downy mildew.100g/L cyazofamid SC,31%famoxadone-oxathiapiprolin SC,and 687.5 g/L fluopicolide-propamocab hydrochloride SC,also can be recommended as alternative drugs for controlling cucumber downy mildew.
