Green control of root diseases of Gynura procumbens
[Objective]This article presents a green control experiment of root diseases in Gynura procumbens(Lour)Merr.so as to obtain the best control effect and high-quality.[Method]By applying traditional Chinese medicine residues and bamboo charcoal organic fertilizer as the base fertilizer and topdressing to improve the soil,the root diseases were prevented and controlled by using chitosan and Bacillus subtilis preparation solution for root irrigation.The rate and severity of withered plants were used as evaluation indicators,and the experimental results of each treatment group and control group were statistically analyzed to compare the prevention and control effects of various treatments on root diseases.[Result]The application of traditional Chinese medicine residues and bamboo charcoal organic fertilizer resulted in a control rate of 3.54%and 5.09%for the withered plants of Gynura procumbens,respectively.Compared with the control group,the number of withered plants decreased by 22.78%and 21.23%(P<0.01);the treatment of plant roots with chitosan and Bacillus subtilis resulted in a control rate of 11.86%and 14.27%for wilting plants,respectively.Compared with the control group experiment,the wilting plant rates decreased by 19.96%and 17.55%,respectively(P<0.05),and the control effects on root diseases were 75.01%and 68.71%,respectively.[Conclusion]The application of traditional Chinese medicine residues and bamboo charcoal organic fertilizer,as well as chitosan and Bacillus subtilis preparations,has a significant effect on controlling root diseases of Gynura procumbens.The root diseases are significantly reduced,and this combination of prevention and control techniques is simple and practical.The green prevention and control technologies provide references for the ecological cultivation of Gynura procumbens.
