Based on the isotherm contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory,the tripod sliding universal coupling oil film stiffness calculation model was established,and the influences of contact load,oil coiling speed and viscosity,roughness wavelength and amplitude on the oil film stiffness were analyzed.Results show that the oil film stiffness increases with increase of the load and the viscosity,and decreases with increase of the entrainment velocity.Compared with load and entrainment velocity,the influence of the viscosity of the oil film stiffness is relatively small.At the center far away from the contact area,oil film stiffness change amplitude is smaller,butturns to be the biggest near the center.As the surface roughness wavelength and amplitude incease,the oil film stiffness changes nonlinearly,and the oscillation frequency and amplitude of oil film stiffness decrease with the increase of roughness amplitude and wavelength,and the maximum peak value of oil film stiffness is close to the center of the contact area.
