以加工中心圆盘式刀库机械手自动换刀系统为研究对象,采用Laplace小波构造参数脉冲字典,利用分裂增广拉格朗日收缩算法求解稀疏表示系数,提取自动换刀循环过程中振动信号的瞬态特征,并用频率、阻尼比、发生时刻等参数表征,实现了系统故障特征的精确提取,提高了自动换刀系统状态分析和诊断的精确性,延长了自动换刀系统的正常工作时间,提升了系统的可靠性.
Taking the automatic tool changing system of the disc-type tool magazine manipulator in the machining center as the research object,adopts the Laplace wavelet to construct the parameter pulse dictionary,uses the split augmented Lagrangian shrinkage algorithm to solve the sparse representation coefficient,and extracts the vibration during the automatic tool changing cycle.The transient characteristics of the signal are characterized by parameters such as frequency,damping ratio,occurrence time,etc.,which realizes the accurate extraction of system fault characteristics,improves the accuracy of state analysis and diagnosis of the automatic tool changing system,prolongs the normal working time of the automatic tool changehe system,and enhances the reliability of the system.
