基于模糊RBF-PID的张紧装置电机控制研究

为解决某航炮射击时供弹系统易拥弹问题,设计双电机张紧装置,采用模糊控制方法与径向基神经网络相结合的控制算法对传统PID耦合控制器进行优化,提高两个电机的速度同步性能.通过仿真试验表明:该方案对双电机同步性能提升明显,对现有装备升级改造具有参考价值.
In order to solve the problem of uneven tension of the elastic belts on both sides in chainless feeding system,a double-motor tensioning scheme is designed.The traditional PID coupled controller is optimized by combining the fuzzy control method with the radial basis neural network control algorithmin so as to improve the speed synchronization performance of the two motors.The simulation test shows that the scheme can significantly improve the synchronous performance of dual motors,and has reference value for the upgrading and transformation of existing equipment.
