为保障电梯安全、稳定地运行,设计一款电梯故障检测与预警系统.该系统通过传感器采集电梯轿厢振动加速度信号并使用以太网传输;采用Flume、Kafka和Flink构建集群的数据流处理引擎,进行数据的聚合与分发,存储至MySQL数据库中;基于IntelliJ IDEA开发工具,构建系统的可视化界面,实现电梯运行的实时监测、故障预警等功能,为电梯的故障诊断与预防性维护提供依据.
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the elevator,designs an elevator fault detection and early warning system,which collects the vibration acceleration signal of elevator car through sensors and transmits it through Ethernet.The Flume,Kafka and Flink are used to build a cluster data flow processing engine to aggregate and distribute data and store it in the MySQL database.Based on the IntelliJ IDEA development tool,the visual interface of the system is constructed to realize real-time monitoring and fault early warning of elevator operation,which provides the basis for fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance of elevator.
