基于三周期极小曲面的多孔结构力学性能研究

针对设计多孔结构时难以直接预测其力学性能的问题,选取三周期极小曲面中的Schwarz_P曲面,采用选区激光熔化技术制备不同结构参数的Schwarz_P结构;通过压缩试验研究其力学性能,建立Schwarz_P结构的结构参数与力学性能之间的关系模型.试验结果表明:建立的模型拟合优度在98%以上,采用该模型预测的力学性能与实测值基本一致,在设计多孔结构时可直观地预估其力学性能.
Research on Mechanical Properties of Porous Structures Based on Triply Periodic Minimal Surfaces
To overcome the difficulty in directly predicting the mechanical properties in porous structure designing,this paper establishes a relationship model between the structural parameters and the mechanical properties of the Schwarz_P structure,by selecting the Schwarz_P surface in the triply periodic minimal surfaces,applying selective laser melting technology to manufacture the Schwarz_P structures with different structural parameters and conducting compression test for the study of Schwarz_P structures'mechanical properties.The test results show that the goodness of fit for the designed model is more than 98%,the mechanical properties predicted by the model are basically consistent with the measured values,and the mechanical properties can be intuitively predicted when designing porous structure.
