草方格铺设车传动系统设计与分析

为实现沙漠草方格铺设车铺草速度与履带前进速度相匹配,设计一种满足铺设车工作要求的传动系统.采用SolidWorks软件建立该传动系统的三维模型,对该传动系统的带传动、链传动、齿轮传动分别进行计算,得到各部件结构设计参数.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该传动系统主要零件驱动链轮进行静力学分析.仿真结果表明:链轮的最大变形量和最大应力均在材料允许范围内,满足设计要求.
Design and Analysis of Transmission System of Grass Grid Paving Vehicle
In order to keep up the speed of desert grass-grid paving vehicle with the one of caterpillar band,a transmission system is designed to meet the working requirements of the laying vehicle.The 3D model of the transmission system is established by Solid Works software,the belt drive,chain drive and gear drive of the transmission system are calculated respectively,and the structural design parameters of each component are obtained.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to carry out the static analysis of the driving sprocket.The simulation results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the sprocket wheel are within the allowable range of the material,and meet the design requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural optimization design of grass-grid paving vehicle.
