硬度对液压马达O形密封圈性能影响的分析

以仿真转台液压马达密封结构为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其有限元模型,采用罚函数技术和库仑摩擦模型对O形密封圈和马达密封副间的摩擦接触进行有限元分析,研究O形密封圈材料硬度对接触压力、密封圈Mises应力和密封圈与马达密封副间接触面积的影响,分析接触压力、密封圈Mises应力峰值和接触面积的分布规律.结果表明:接触压力随O形密封圈材料硬度的变化呈"驼峰"式变化;在"驼峰"位置随材料硬度的增加而增大;材料硬度小于85 HA时,对O形密封圈Mises应力的影响并不明显;材料硬度大于85 HA时,Mises应力增大幅度变大,容易导致密封圈损坏;密封圈与马达轴间静接触面积整体上随密封圈材料硬度的增大而减小,故应尽量控制密封圈硬度,保证足够的接触面积.
Assessment on Capability of O-ring Seal Considering Effect of Material Rigidity in Hydraulic Motor
With the seal structure of hydraulicmotor of simulator being taken as the research subject,its finite element model was established by finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The finite element analysis on friction contact between O-ring seal and sealed face was performed by penalty function technique and with coulomb friction model.The influence of material rigidity on the contact pressure,Mises stress of O-ring seal,contact area between O-ring seal and sealed face was discussed and the distribution rules of contact pressure,Mises stress of O-ring seal and contact area between O-ring seal and sealed face were analyzed.The results show that the contact pressure changes with the hardness of the O-ring material as a"hump",and increases with the increase of the material hardness at the"hump"position,while the material hardness is less than 85 HA,the effect on the Mises stress of the O-ring is not obvious.When the material hardness is greater than 85 HA,the increase of the Mises stress is larger,which easily leads to the damage of the O-ring.As a whole,the contact area between the seal ring and the motor shaft decreases with the increase of the hardness of the seal ring material,therefore,the hardness of the seal ring should be controlled as far as possible to ensure sufficient contact area.
