In the design process of bipropellant satellite propulsion system,it is necessary to adjust the pipeline flow resistance of the fuel and oxidant branch to ensure that the mixing ratio at the inlet of the engine meets the design state. The conventional method is to correct the throttle orifice installed in each branch through multiple surface water tests.According to the pipeline layout of a certain model satellites,a prediction model of the equalizing expulsion performance of parallel tanks is established based on AMESim,which is verified in the subsequent water test. The test verifies the feasibility of the simulation model, and puts forwards the modified parameters of the model. The modified simulation model can accurately predict the orifice size of the subsequent satellite of themodel, save the surface water test time and help to shorten the development cycle of the satellite model.
