Design and Simulation of Cable Adaptive Strippers in 10 kV Live Environment
Stripping cables in a live environment is one of the most important tasks in a live distribution network.Designes an adaptive peeling device suitable for offline 10 kV live environment. Its structure and working principle are introduced, the finite element analysis of its key components is carried out,the rationality of its design is verified, and topology optimization is conducted for strength reinforcement and mass reduction. The research results show that the designed qautomatic stripper designed is flexible and efficient, which greatly improves the stripping reliability and stripping efficiency of cables.
