针对定期人工检测直升机防扭接头金属结构细微裂纹弊端明显的问题,设计裂纹自动图像监测方法.构建图像采集模块,在恰当位置采集直升机防扭接头金属结构图像.预处理采集到的图像,利用灰度拉伸法增强图像,通过中值滤波法滤除图像噪声,提升图像清晰度;分别采用改进后OTSU算法和Canny多尺度空间边缘检测算法,判断裂纹并确定最高阈值和最低阈值,获取候选裂纹片段特征;使用张量投票去除提取到的候选裂纹片段特征中的离散点并连接裂纹片段,实现裂纹自动图像监测.实验结果表明:所提方法的图像预处理效果更加理想,提取到的裂纹误差更小,秒帧率更高.
Intelligent Image Monitoring of Metal Structure Crack of Anti-twist Joint of Helicopter
Regarding the obvious disadvantages of small cracks in the metal structure of the helicopter anti-twist joint by regular manual inspection,an automatic image monitoring method for the metal structure crack is designed.The image acquisition module is constructed to collect the metal structure image of the anti-twist joint of the helicopter at the appropriate position,the collected image is preprocessed,enhanced by gray stretching method,and the image noise is filtered by median filtering method to upgrade the image definition.he improved OTSU algorithm and Canny multi-scale spatial edge detection algorithm are used respectively to determine the maximum and minimum thresholds for crack judgment,and the candidate crack segment features are obtained.Tensor voting is applied to remove the discrete points in the extracted candidate crack segment features and connect the crack segments,so as to realize automatic image monitoring of the cracks.The experimental results show that the image preprocessing effect of the proposed method is more ideal with smaller extracted crack error and higher frame rate per second
