Research Progress on Failure Forms and Repair Methods of Roll
Roll is the main consumption part in the process of steel rolling,and its preparation process,howerver,is complex,expensive and high failure rate.To address the problems,this paper analyzes and studies several common failure forms in actual production process and roller repair technology,which is significant for prolonging the life of rolls,improving the efficiency of steel rolling,enhancing the product quality and output and reducing the waste of resources and energy,and can provide good references for secondary utilization of rolls.
