为缩短标准模块化零件制造工艺的设计时间,基于VB.Net对SolidWorks进行二次开发,建立铣齿刀盘的参数建模系统.以参数化设计原理为指导,分别对齿轮齿廓参数和铣齿刀盘结构参数进行分析;设置相应的功能操作来实现系统的自动建模目标;通过输入零件模型的具体参数,使用所开发的系统对其进行建模.结果表明:该系统能够完成齿轮及铣齿刀盘的参数化设计,生成的零件符合要求.
Parametric Modeling System of Gear Milling Cutter Head Based on Secondary Development of Solid Works
In order to shorten the manufacturing process design time of standard modular parts,this paper redevelops Solid Works based on VB.Net and sets up the parameter modeling system of gear milling cutter head.Guided by the parametric design principle,the gear profile parameters and the milling cutter head structure parameters are analyzed respectively.The corresponding function operation is set to achieve the automatic modeling goal of the system.Through the inputting of the specific parameters of the part model,the developed system is used for its modeling.The results show that the system can complete the parametric design of gear and gear milling cutter head,and the generated parts meet the requirements.
