装备科研项目研制过程中的风险分析与管理研究

摘要
随着形势发展的需要,重大型装备必然朝着复杂化、实战化的方向发展,研制的技术难度越大,潜在的风险也会越来越大.基于装备科研项目的特点,分析装备科研项目研制过程中的风险,给出风险管理的工作流程,提出提升风险管理与控制的建议.
Abstract
In pace with the development of large equipments inevitablely in the direction of more complication and practical actual combat,the reserch and development technology concerned tend to be faced with greater difficulty and higher potential risks.Based on the characteristic of equipment research project,the risk of equipment research project development is analysed,the risk management workflow is given,and the suggestions for improving risk management and control are presented.
