应用VSA对某机型机身壁板试验件进行装配容差和预装配研究.基于工程要求和装配协调方案进行容差分配,给出满足控制目标的最优关键特征尺寸容差;基于实测数据建立预装配模型预测装配质量;测量壁板的装配质量并与预装配模型进行对比分析,发现了二者的一致性,说明基于实测数据的VSA预装配模型可以用于预测装配结果,具有一定的工程应用价值.
Tolerance Analysis and Preassembly Verification of Fuselage Panel Based on VSA
VSA is used to study the tolerance and preassembly of a certain type of fuselage panel.According to engineering requirements and assembly coordination program,the tolerance of all the optimal key characteristics satisfying control objectives is given.The precision model based on measured data is established to perform the preassembly precision analysis.The assembly quality is measured and compared with the preassembly model,and the results prove to be consistent with one another,which shows that VSA model based on manufacture data can be used to predict the assembly result and has certain engineering application value.
