气膜孔电加工智能产线控制系统研究

针对航空发动机叶片气膜孔电加工领域生产线自动化程度不高、生产效率较低的问题,对电加工智能产线控制系统展开研究.基于叶片电加工的工艺特点,设计智能生产线的工艺流程及产线布局;根据所需功能要求设计产线控制系统总体结构,并对控制原理及具体实现进行研究,包括控制系统具体的产线控制流程及内部控制机制,用以保证产线的稳定运行.在模拟环境下对系统进行验证,研究结果表明:系统运行正常,能够实现叶片的自动化加工.
Research on Intelligent Production Line Control System of Electro Machining Film Cooling Hole
For low automation degree of production line and production inefficiency in present aero-engine blade film hole electric machining,this paper conducts reserch on intelligent electric machining production line control system.In line with the characteristics of blade machining process,the technological process of intelligent production line and production line layout are designed,and the general structure of the production line control system is schemed as required by functions,and the control principle and the concrete implementation including concrete production line control system control process and internal control mechanism are studied to ensure the stable operation of the production line.The system is simulated,which verifies that the system can runs normally and realize automatic processing of blades.
