商标纸色差自动检测装置的研制

摘要
为解决当前目测或色差仪检验卷烟商标纸色差过程中存在的人工工作量大、效率及准确性低的问题,研究一种商标纸色差自动检测方法,并设计和制造了色差自动检测装置.通过扫码器自动识别牌号或选择单牌号模式,适用于不同规格商标纸.该装置经过在用商标纸的实际测试:单点检测效率提高了 11倍,检测的稳定性优于人工检测.其可用于卷烟生产企业控制产品外包装质量,也可用于供货商材料质量检测.
Abstract
To reduce the heavy manual workload and improve the low efficiency and accuracy in the process of checking the color difference of cigarette label paper by visual or color difference meter,this paper studies an automatic color difference detection method of cigarette label paper,and designs and implements an automatic color difference detection device.By scanner,brands are automatically identified or a single brand mode is selected,which applies to different specifications of trademark paper.The device tested in actual trademark paper proves that the efficiency of single point detection is increased by 11 times,and the stability of detection is better than manual detection,which can be used for cigarette manufacturers to control the quality of product packaging,as well as for supplier material quality inspection.
