Numerical Analysis of Tightening Torque on Harness and Clamp Assembly
The Mooney Rivlin constitutive model is used to describe the mechanical properties of the clamp rubber gasket, and the finite element model of the harness and clamp assembly is established with the help of the workbench finite element software. The stress variation law of the harness and clamp assembly under different tightening torque is studied by numerical calculation. The results show that the stress deformation characteristics between the clamp and the harness are similar under different torques after the clamp lugs are fitted. The clamp stress and the contact pressure in the contact surface show a trend of first increasing and then changing with the torque.Combined with the pull-out force test platform, the reliability of simulation analysis is verified, which provides reference for further research on aircraft harness and clamp assembly.
