摘要
针对传统蜂蜜机取流程繁琐、效率低下且摇蜜机操作不易、功能单一等问题,通过对蜜的各项参数和取蜜的实际情况进行分析,设计一款高效、自动化蜂蜜提取机器.该机器主要分为6个部分:进脾装置、扫蜂装置、热风装置、抓取装置、取蜜装置和收蜜桶等结构.该机器极大地提高了蜂农的劳动效率,推动了蜜蜂养殖业的机械化进度.
Abstract
To overcome the complexity and inefficiency of traditional honey extraction process and the difficulty in operating the existing single-functioned honey shaker,an efficient and automatic honey extraction machine is designed based on the analysis of the parameters of honey shaker and the actual situation of honey extraction.This designed machine,mainly consisting of six parts such as spleen feeding device,bee sweeping device,hot air device,grabbing device,honey taking device and honey collecting barrel,improves the labor efficiency of bee farmers and promotes the mechanization progress of bee breeding industry.
