Motion Reliability Analysis of Aircraft Cargo Door Latch Mechanism
The latch mechanism of aircraft cargo assists lifting motor to put the cabin door into precise position during the opening stage, and the hinge clearance caused by wear will lead to the error of output angle, resulting in reduction of motion reliability of the latch mechanism. In order to analyze the influence of hinge wear on the motion reliability of latch mechanism,a reliability calculation model is established accordingto the operating principle of the latch mechanism.A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the cargo door is established to calculate the contact forces of the hinges. The wear depth of each hinge is calculated utilizing the Archard model.Based on the equivalent rod length theory, the wear depth is converted into the variation of rod length, and the parametric model is built for simulation and reliability calculation. The hole-pin contact model is built to verify the results of motion reliability. The results show the motion reliability analysis method can ensure calculation accuracy and improve analysis efficiency.
