高速动车组蛇行失稳频率研究

摘要
以时速 400 km以上的某型高速动车组作为分析对象,基于Simpack动力学软件建立两种高速动车组动力学模型,在不同的等效锥度、一系定位节点刚度、抗蛇行减振器阻尼下进行仿真计算,分析其对高速动车组蛇行失稳频率的影响规律.两种高速动车组模型的研究结果表明:随着等效锥度的增大,其蛇行失稳频率也增大;随着一系定位节点刚度的增大,其蛇行失稳频率降低;随着抗蛇行减振器阻尼的增大,其蛇行失稳频率升高;时速 400 km以上的轴箱内置型高速动车组出现了 10~11 Hz的高频蛇行.
Abstract
Takes the high-speed EMU with a speed of more than 400 km as the analysis object to establish two kinds of high-speed EMU dynamic models based on Simpack dynamics software,carries out simulation calculation under different equivalent conicity,primary positioning stiffness and anti-hunting damper damping,and analyzes its influence law on the hunting instability frequency of high-speed EMU.The results show that the hunting instability frequency of the two high-speed EMU models increases with the increase of the equivalent conicity;the hunting instability frequency of the two high-speed EMU models decreases along with the increase of the stiffness of the primary positioning;the hunting instability frequency of the two high-speed EMU models increases with the increase of anti-hunting damper damping;and high-speed EMU with a speed of more than 400 km have a high frequency hunting of 10~11 Hz.
