Research on 3D Assembly Process Design Technology of Aviation Hydraulic Products
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of assembly process design of aviation hydraulic products,reduce its design cost and improve its process visualization level,a 3D assembly process planning method was put forward through combination of the secondary development of Teamcenter.The assembly characteristics of aviation hydraulic products were analyzed,and the key technologies such as MBOM conversion method,assembly sequence and assembly path planning method,assembly process simulation and generation method of 3D assembly process specification were studied to realize the 3D assembly process planning of aviation hydraulic products.The assembly of a component of aviation hydraulic product was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
