摘要
采用机械旋转式结构代替原有的电磁阀结构,设计一种面向智能汽车车辆探头清洗的水路分配器装置.介绍该装置的工作机理与控制逻辑,论述分水器运行结构和功能实现方法.利用ABAQUS仿真软件对分水器的整体结构强度进行校核,结合分析结果对进水阀盖进行设计优化;运用流体仿真软件Fluent对出水阀结构进行出口流速仿真计算,结合仿真结果对水路结构进行了优化,优化后结构满足设计要求.
Abstract
A water distributor device for intelligent vehicle probe cleaning is designed with the adoption of mechanical rotating structure in place of the original magnetic valve structure.The working mechanism and control logic of the device are introduced,and the operation structure and function realization of the water distributor are discussed.ABAQUS simulation software was applied to check the overall structure strength of the water distributor.Combined with the analysis results,the design and optimization of the water inlet valve cover are carried out.The fluid simulation software Fluent is used to simulate the outlet velocity of the outlet valve structure.The waterway structure is optimized by combination of the simulation results,which meets the design requirements.
