基于图像处理方法的小鼠足部压力数据处理

针对现有足部压力采集设备采集到的压力影像含有噪声以及分辨率低的问题,提出卷积阈值去噪算法和边缘响应插值算法进行改善.使用基于柔性压力传感器阵列的压力采集板采集小鼠足部的压力矩阵数据,利用所提出的卷积阈值去噪算法对含噪压力矩阵进行去噪处理,再利用提出的边缘响应插值算法对去噪后的压力矩阵进行插值处理,获取到分辨率高的低噪小鼠足部压力图.结果表明:所提出的去噪算法去噪效果好、小鼠足部边缘低压力值信息保存完整;其插值算法相较于同类其他插值算法插值效果更平滑、计算复杂度大幅降低.
Data Processing of Mouse Foot Pressure Based on Image Processing Method
To improve the noise and low resolution in the pressure image collected by the existing foot pressure acquisition equipment,the convolution threshold denoising algorithm and edge response interpolation algorithm are proposed.The pressure acquisition board based on the flexible pressure sensor array is applied to collect the pressure matrix data of the mouse foot,the convolution threshold de-noising algorithm is utilized to de-noise pressure matrix with noise,and by edge response interpolation algorithm,the de-noised pressure matrix is interpolated,thus the high-resolution low-noise mouse foot pressure map abtained.The results show that the proposed denoising algorithm has good denoising effect,and the information of low pressure value at the edge of mouse foot is saved completely.Compared with other interpolation algorithms of the same kind,the interpolation effect of the proposed interpolation algorithm is smoother and the computational complexity is greatly reduced.
