声学包是控制车内噪声的主要途径之一,PBNR是综合反映车辆的隔声能力、吸声能力和密封水平的指标.以某款SUV为研究对象,试验测试PBNR和SEA整车模型仿真分析PBNR数据对比,在SEA模型上进行贡献量分析,找出薄弱部位,对前围过孔、前风挡玻璃和前围隔热垫分析优化,为声学包的优化找到后续方向.
Analysison Influence of PBNR Test and Simulation over Vehicle Sound Package
Sound package is one of the main ways to control interior noise of vehicles,and PBNR is an index comprehensively reflecting the sound insulation ability,sound absorption ability and sealing level of vehicles.A certain SUV is taken as the research object to test PBNR and SEA vehicle model simulation analysis and PBNR data comparison.Contribution analysis is conducted on SEA model to find out the weak parts,and the front circumference through hole,front windshield and front wall insulation pad are analyzed and optimized for the subsequent direction of sound package optimization.
