摘要

采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和万能试验机等,研究不同Ti含量对TixZrNbMoV(x=0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0)难熔高熵合金微观组织与力学性能的影响.结果表明:添加适量的Ti元素,可以有效抑制析出相的产生,改变合金微观组织.Ti元素的加入,虽使得合金的强度有所下降,但对合金的伸长率提升却很大.当x=1.5 时,Ti1.5 ZrNbMoV合金表现出优异的力学性能,其屈服强度为 1451 MPa、伸长率达到 26.5%.Ti元素的加入在试验合金中产生了析出强化和固溶强化的效果.

Abstract

The effect of different Ti content on microstructure and mechanical properties of TixZrNbMoV(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0)refractory high entropy alloys was studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and universal testing machine.The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of Ti can effectively restrain the generation of precipitated phase and change the microstructure of the alloy.Although the strength of the alloy decreases with the addition of Ti,the elongation of the alloy is greatly improved.When x=1.5,Ti1.5 ZrNbMoV alloy shows excellent mechanical properties,with yield strength being 1451 MPa and elongation 26.5%.The addition of Ti produces the effect of precipitation strengthening and solid solution strengthening in alloy.
