Research on Rotor Critical Speed of Ultra-high Speed Air Turbine Starter
To cope with the abnormal vibrations often occurring in turbine rotor of a certain type of aircraft with ultra-high speed air turbine starter in its development cycle at the second order critical speed,by the finite element analysis method based on physical model,builds modeling of turbine rotor system and uses dynamins analysis software and special software respectively to calculate the turbine rotor system.Abundent experiment results are compared,and the reasons for the difference between the calculated and the tested results are analyzed.Optimization suggestions are put forward for realizing the reasonable distribution of the critical speed of air turbine starter in trems of normal working speed and rotor support structure design.
