Fatigue Life Prediction of 304 Stainless Steel Based on Crystal Plasticity Model
Based on the polycrystalline representative element generated by the crystal plasticity theory,simulating tensile tests are conducted to obtain the crystalline plastic material parameters with macroscopic properties.Cumulative plastic strain is used as the fatigue indicator parameters to predict the fatigue life.The results show that the fatigue life prediced by the fatigue indictor parameter is within the error range of±2 times the fatigue life gained by the test,and the simulation result is within the acceptable range.
