摘要

随着工业互联网逐步渗透到工业制造各大领域,工业企业迫切需要通过工业互联网加快数字化步伐,以提高生产效率,节省设备运维成本,满足客户个性化需求.研究在工业互联网中通过Profinet通信协议将西门子S7-1200、HMI和G120 变频器等设备联网组成异步电动机变频调速监控网络.研究内容包括控制系统硬件构成、变频器参数设置和PLC控制程序设计.该控制系统运行能完全融入工业互联网,且监控方便、成本低廉.

Abstract

With the gradual penetration of the industrial Internet into all major fields of industrial manufacturing,industrial enterprises urgently need to speed up the pace of digitization through the industrial Internet in order to improve production efficiency,save equipment operation and maintenance costs,and meet the individual needs of customers.Studies the composition of a monitoring network for variable frequency speed regulation of asynchronous motors connected by Siemens S7-1200,HMI and G120 frequency converters by means of by Profinet communication protocol.The study includes the hardware structure of control system,the parameter setting of frequency converter and the design of PLC control program.The control system can be fully integrated into the industrial Internet,with the advantages of convenient monitoring and low cost.
