The formulation of the teaching objectives of morality and rule of law is an important way to implement the spirit and requirements of the Compulsory Education Morality and Rule of Law Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition).The new curriculum standard puts forward the requirements of adhering to the core literacy orientation,clarifying the requirements of knowledge and practice,and implementing the concept of consistency of teaching evaluation.However,there are some problems in the formulation of current teaching objectives,such as the difficulty in deeply understanding the inner spirit of core literacy and the inability to grasp the supporting conditions for the ultimate realization of the goal.To overcome the confusion in practice,it is necessary to take the spirit of the new curriculum standard as the guide,in the process of pointing to the requirements of core literacy cultivation and determining the correct teaching value tendency,comprehensively consider the specific requirements of teaching objectives,and adopt scientific expression methods to improve the formulation of teaching objectives.
