On the basis of constructing the competency model of home-school co-education in the information environment,a questionnaire was designed.Through a questionnaire survey of 401 primary and secondary school teachers and 2278 parents in Wuhan,the influence of each dimension of home-school co-education competency of teachers and parents on the effect of home-school co-education was discussed from the perspective of strategy implementation.The results show that personality and achievement motivation are stable factors affecting the implementation effect of home-school co-education strategies;Different dimensions of home-school co-education competency have different influence on the implementation effect of home-school co-education strategies.In order to improve the implementation effect of home-school co-education strategies in the information environment,we should not only pay attention to the improvement of each dimension of home-school co-education competency of teachers and parents,but also improve the implementation and evaluation mechanism of home-school co-education strategies.
