Research on the Construction Practice of Class Teacher's Studio from the Perspective of Home-school Co-education——Taking"Xinxing"Class Teacher's Studio as an Example
Home-school co-education has been a focal topic of concern and discussion in the education sector in recent years.As a bridge between schools and families,classroom teachers bear the important responsibility of promoting home-school cooperation and students'all-round development,and they are the core force for the implementation of moral education and the smooth progress of moral education in schools.Based on the social environment of"home-school co-education",this paper explores how to build a strong team of class teachers in newly built schools and play their role in improving the quality of home-school co-education by using literature method,case study method,and action research method,in order to provide typical cases and necessary references for the construction of the class teacher's workshop.
