摘要

本研究以"指南引领、实践导向、互动生成、模式多样、促进提升、关注特色"为指导思想,开展学校智慧体育的新探索.通过对中学生的体质健康进行数字画像、科学诊断、精准评估、因材施教,为学生个体与全体提供共性与个性相结合的训练指导方案,提升学生体育素养,实现学生全面而有个性的发展,促进学校高质量发展稳步推进.

Abstract

This study is guided by the principles of"guide guidance,practice orientation,interactive feature,diverse modes,promotion and improvement",a new exploration of smart sports in schools is carried out.Through digital profiles of the physical health of middle school students,scientific diagnosis,accurate evaluation,and personalized teaching are carried out,and a training guidance plan combining commonality and individuality is provided for individually and wholly,students'physical literacy and their comprehensive and personalized development can be achieved,and the high-quality development of schools is steadily advancing.
