摘要

本研究以F市35个名师工作室为例,分析了基于名师工作室平台的教师研修共同体的建构路径及其在实际运行中存在的问题,并探讨了改进对策.研究发现,基于名师工作室平台的教师研修共同体的建构路径为完善机制建设,落实结对帮扶,聚焦专业发展,深化学术引领,彰显品牌特色,坚持研用一体.其在运行中存在的问题有:学校参与意识较低,工作室积极性欠缺,成员内部发展不均,研修覆盖力度不足,研修成果推广欠缺.改进其运行中的问题需要提升学校的参与意识,提振工作室的积极性,激发教师的内生动力,扩大研修对象的覆盖面,推动学研用一体化.

Abstract

Taking 35 famous teacher studios in F city as an example,this paper analyzes the construction path of the teacher training community based on the famous teacher studio platform and the problems existing in the actual operation,and probes into the improvement countermeasures.The study found that the construction path of the teacher training community based on the famous teacher studio platform is to improve the mechanism construction,implement pair support,focus on professional development,deepen academic guidance,highlight brand characteristics,and adhere to the integration of research and application.The existing problems include low awareness of school participation,lack of enthusiasm in studios,uneven development within members,insufficient coverage of research and training,and lack of promotion of research results.The improvement measures include improving the school's participation awareness,boosting the enthusiasm of the studio,stimulating the endogenous motivation of teachers,expanding the coverage of research objects,and promoting the integration of learning,research and application.
