摘要

新时代教师队伍高质量发展面临精神引领尚需加强、师德境界有待提升、专业素养不够精进、研修体系亟待完善、内生动力需要激活等系列问题.教师队伍高质量发展以培养具有教育家精神的教师队伍为目标,以多元协同为教师队伍发展战略,在体现出"五线谱"特点的教师专业发展部署和"五子棋"特质的教师队伍建设举措之中,促进新时代教师队伍高质量发展,以仪式感、使命感的价值引领来激活"愿景共识力",以典型性、适切性的案例启迪来激活"研训共情力",以个性化、趣味化的任务驱动来激活"成长内驱力",以浸润型、互动型的具身体验来激活"育人创新力".

Abstract

The high-quality development of teacher workforce in the new era faces a series of problems,such as the need to strengthen spiritual guidance and to improve the moral realm,the lack of professional quality,the urgent need to improve the research and training system as well as the need to activate the internal motivation.The high quality development of teacher workforce aims to cultivate teachers with the spirit of educators,takes multiple coordination as the development strategy of teachers,and promotes the high quality development of teacher workforce in the new era through the deployment of teacher professional development with the characteristics of'Staff'and the construction measures of'Gobang'.Therefore,the value guidance of ritual and mission is used to activate the'vision consensus force'.The inspiration of typical and appropriate cases is used to activate the'research and training empathy force'.The'growth internal drive'is activated by the personalized and interesting task drive,and the'education innovation force'is activated by the immersive and interactive embodied experience.
