摘要

学校有组织的培训计划对于改善教学实践、促成青年教师专业发展具有重大价值.其通过对青年教师专业发展目标的系统设计,解决青年教师专业发展的"难点",旨在帮助青年教师提升整体性专业素养.基于上述理论,上海某小学"青优计划"设计思路如下:设计愿景上,对标青年教师职业发展与自我发展双重目标;开展过程中,直面青年教师在教学实践中的问题困境;实施路径上,以项目化学习组织实践,希冀做到以外部培养体系的建构唤醒青年教师自我发展的成长意识.

Abstract

The organized training program in schools is of great value for improving teaching practice and promoting the professional development of young teachers.Through the systematic design of the professional development goals of young teachers and the solution of the"difficult points"of the professional development of young teachers,it aims to help young teachers improve their overall professional quality.Based on the above theory,the design idea of"Youth excellent Plan"in a Shanghai primary school is as follows:In terms of design vision,the dual goals of professional development and self-development of young teachers are targeted;In the course of carrying out,we face the problems and dilemmas of young teachers in teaching practice.In the path of implementation,the project learning is organized into practice,hoping to awaken the self-development consciousness of young teachers by the construction of external training system.
