A Practical Study on the Professional Development of Juinior Middle School Music Teachers——Taking the Somatic Rhythmic Singing Teaching Program as a Pathway
The new curriculum standard for art in compulsory education adopts the curriculum concept of aesthetic education,subject practice,and subject integration,which not only conveys the requirements for student learning,but also points out the direction for the professional development of music teachers.The team of music teaching and researching in middle schools of Jing'an district has borrowed the eurhythmics concept and applied it to singing teaching.Guided by practical research projects,we have taken a crucial step in exploring the personal professional development and regional characteristics of teachers from the core literacy perspective of aesthetic perception、artistic expression、creative practice and cultural understanding.
